Vermont Microtechnologies, located in Barnet, VT, specializes in close tolerance, high quality surface finish machined parts operating in a variety of industries, including; test equipment, automotive, aerospace, consumer and firearms. They offer machining from one-of-a-kind prototypes, to small batches of prototype castings, to product runs of several thousand. All having close tolerances, superior surface finishes exceeding customer requirements.  Vermont Microdrilling started in 1963 under the parent company.  Vermont Microtechnologies specializes in mechanical micro drilling of holes from 0.0015″ in diameter and up, and to  depths of 10x diameter. Their holes are burr free and can be countersunk on the back side as required.  They drill a wide range of materials including Vespel , machinable ceramic, Photoveel, plastic, inconel, stainless, PEEK, polyvimide, copper and brass.
